SaaStr Build Virtual Booth Display Guide

For SaaStr Build, we are building our valued partners a virtual booth experience on SaaStrBuild.com that serves as a landing page for your brand. There are several important dates to keep in mind as you and your team provide information to SaaStr to ensure a smooth and effective launch of your partnership with SaaStr at this year’s SaaStr Build.

Important Dates

  • SaaStr asks our partners to follow this guide and provide guidance on how your booth should look.

  • Friday, February 19
    ALL Assets for your booth are due to the SaaStr Team at SponsorSuccess@SaaStrinc.com

  • Monday, February 22
    SaaStr will provide you a chance to review your booths live on our site. You will have 24 hours to respond with any changes to the booth.

  • Tuesday, February 23
    Your booth will be live to all our attendees and will be promoted to our audiences.

Your booth compresses of 4 major elements.

  • Your Company Details

  • Your Company Description

  • Your Company’s highlighted messaging, or services

  • Your Company’s Exclusive offer for our attendees - Optional

Let’s look into each section below and
review the guidelines for those elements.

 

✅ Your Company Details

 

This is the first section that loads in and displays when an attendee lands on your booth page. In this section we need from you:

  1. Your company name as you want it displayed

  2. Your company slogan, byline, or tagline

  3. Links to your: website, twitter, linkedin, and other social media channels.

 

💡 About Your Company

In this section our goal is to provide the attendees more context and information about your company. We need from you:

  1. A Relevant, Informative, or Promotional Video
    Video must be hosted on a service like Youtube, or Vimeo that allows iframe embedding. Video can not exceed more than 15 minutes in length.

  2. A company description
    The more information the better, we recommend 300 words. You are more than welcome to hyperlink your text as it relates to the context of the information.

 

⚙️ Your Company’s Products/Services

In this section our goal is to highlight enticing, unique, competitive or distinct call outs your company offers. We’ve seen companies use this space really intelligently to feature what separates their brand from others. In this section you’ll have two spaces to feature anything you’d like about your company/service. We’ll need from you the following -

  1. An attention grabbing headline or call out
    Draw them in, but be specific enough that they know what they’re about to read.

  2. A graphic or image of your product/service
    image must be 1000x1000px as either a .png, .jpg, or .gif

  3. A caption or summary of the product/service

  4. Call To Action Button
    Send us text for your CTA and a URL link. The default will be “Learn More”

  5. An attention grabbing headline or call out
    Draw them in, but be specific enough that they know what they’re about to read.

  6. A graphic or image of your product/service
    image must be 1000x1000px as either a .png, .jpg, or .gif

  7. A caption or summary of the product/service

  8. Call To Action Button
    Send us text for your CTA and a URL link. The default will be “Learn More”

 

📣 Your Company’s Exclusive Offer

In this section our goal is to have one last chance to capitalize and activate our attendees towards your brand. You’ll have a section here to offer our SaaStr Build attendees an “exclusive offer”; whether it’s a free trial, $500 amazon gift card, or unique resource, the idea here is that no one would pass up this offer. Make it count. We’ll need from you

  1. An attention grabbing headline or call out
    Bring some hype to your offer - we want to be as excited as you are.

  2. A description of your offer, who it’s for, and any important information.

  3. Call To Action Button
    Send us text for your CTA and a URL link. The default will be “Claim Exclusive Offer”. We encourage you to provide UTMs for these offers to expand on your leads.

Please note that this function will also serve as lead capture on your end.
